I founded C2A Consulting & Trading in Dakar in 2017 with a single intention: to activate it at the right moment — once I had accumulated the widest possible experience across the broadest range of industries and economic sectors — and step out to offer my expertise to the companies and institutions that need it to accelerate commercial growth, structure their supply chains, drive expansion across West African markets, or design and deploy business models built for the realities of the field. Environments where the informal shapes the formal, where logistics is a competitive advantage, and where decisions are made as much on the ground as in the boardroom.
That moment was planned. It came in 2026.
I chose Abidjan. Not by chance — by design. The largest economy in the UEMOA, the natural logistics hub of the Sahel corridor, a consolidating financial center, and the regional headquarters of most multinationals active in West Africa: Abidjan is where decisions are made, where capital is deployed, and where large-scale projects find their anchor.
